BH Series Base Machine
 
This unique concept rotary dial assembly machine chassis provides machine builders and OEM's the opportunity to custom integrate a "standard" assembly machine platform into their product or production requirements. This chassis allows engineers to focus on tooling instead of spending time on chassis design.

This chassis offers a precision zero backlash roller gear cam mechanism which is mechanically synchronized to a vertical drive shaft operating the Pick & Place and Press Modules.

GW Pick & Place Units
 
All motions in the Sankyo Pick & Place modules are driven by zero backlash oscillating roller gear cam mechanisms allowing quiet, high speed operation.
 
GX Press & Probe Units
 
This GX Press Module is designed for light pressing operations. It produces 250 kgf of force over the total stroke. It may also be used as a probe.

Each unit's motion can be custom designed.
